Medical Treatment

Consolidating all treatment and therapy paid by insurance or OHIP. Collaborate with best medical professionals to help patients achieve maximum recovery. Services include Chiro, Massage, Physio, OT, Psychology, and more than 50 others.

Occupational Therapists

Our OTs use a variety of standardized and functional assessment tools to assess motor, sensory, cognitive, communication, psychosocial/behaviour skills, as they relate to the individual’s ability to perform activities of daily living, school and/or work.

Physical Therapists/Kinesiologists/Massage Therapists

Physiotherapists and Kinesiologists help you manage your pain, maximize your physical abilities and engage in fitness or sport activities.   Therapy can be provided at our clinics, in your home, or at a local fitness club. It can involve hands on treatment, help to develop home exercise programs, help to return to fitness clubs or sports, and the provision of mobility equipment.

Speech-Language Pathologists

The goal of speech-language therapy is to maximize the person’s potential not only to speak, but also to communicate effectively in order to achieve social, academic and/or vocational success.  Improvement in oral motor control for purposes of feeding and swallowing may also be a goal.  Therapy may be provided in the home, community, workplace or school.

Psychologists/Social Workers

Social workers help you and your family to adjust to the life changes you are experiencing as a result of the accident.  They also help you access appropriate financial, social and educational resources in the community.

Life Skills, Fitness, Vocational or Academic Rehabilitation Therapists

Rehab Support Workers work under the direction of one or more regulated health professionals, and can provide the type of holistic, intensive and cost effective programming you may need to apply the strategies and skills you learn into your daily lives.  Coaching is usually offered in the home, community (including local fitness clubs), work place or school.

Dieticians help assess your nutritional needs and help you achieve a healthy diet.  They usually see you in your home.

Life Care Planning

If you have been injured in a MVA or a workplace accident, you may be entitled to financial compensation.  As part of the medical/legal process, your insurer or lawyer may ask one of our Certified Life Care Planners to complete a Life Care Plan.  This assessment is done in consultation with you, your family, the medical experts who have assessed you, and your rehab team, and outlines what you currently require due to your injury in terms of medical, rehabilitation, equipment and living costs, and what your needs will be in the future.

Chiropractors are trained specialists that use their hands or a professions instrument to apply a controlled, sudden force to a spinal joint. The goal of chiropractic adjustment, also known as spinal manipulation, is to correct structural alignment and improve your body’s physical function.
